Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Coordinator responsible for managing outbound calls, following up on leads, and converting them into successful sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed monthly targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Handle outbound calls for all leads received through various channels.

* Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product/service options.

* Maintain and update lead and sales records in the CRM system.

* Follow up with interested leads and convert them into confirmed sales.

* Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure lead flow and conversion tracking.

* Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently.

* Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company offerings.

* Ensure high-quality customer service during all interactions.

* Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, and conversions.

Support other sales initiatives as assigned by management.

Desired Profile:

* Minimum 1–2 years of UAE experience in telesales, inside sales, or sales coordination.

* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

* Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

* Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and call management systems.

* Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented mindset.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

* Salary 5000 - 6000

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
