  • Coordinate with the sales team and clients to manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients.
  • Assist in the estimation of project requirements and pricing.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales orders, and deliveries.
  • Liaise between internal departments (warehouse, logistics, procurement) to ensure timely execution of sales orders.
  • Provide support for sales reporting and data analysis.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in an Estimation role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware fittings, construction materials, or related products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
