The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, streamlining processes, and maintaining communication between the sales department, customers, and internal teams. This role ensures the sales process runs smoothly, contributing to the team’s overall success and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team by managing schedules, preparing reports, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Process orders, monitor shipments, and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  • Keep customers informed about order status and any changes in product availability.
  • Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other necessary documents.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, offering timely updates on orders and availability
  • Handle customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
  • Keep accurate records of customer information, sales data, and reports.
  • Generate sales reports, analyze performance, and share insights with the team.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of sales figures and metrics, updating the team regularly.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets by ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources.
  • Assist in the implementation of sales strategies to boost performance and meet goals.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in a sales support or coordination role is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken). *
  • Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
