Sales Coordinator

We are a Light Trading Company and now require a Sales coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for processing all sales-related enquiries.

Candidate with own sponsor visa is preferred!!!!

Requirements and skills

• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
• Fresh Graduate to max 1 years’ experience in coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinating and completing all Sales & distribution backend operations.
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
