  • Team and sales process coordination: Coordinate activities for the sales team to ensure efficiency, assist in implementing sales strategies, and help train new team members.
  • Reporting and analysis: Generate weekly, monthly, or annual sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to management.
  • Customer and inter-departmental communication: Respond to customer inquiries, manage client accounts, and maintain smooth communication with other departments, such as marketing and customer service.
