Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our Inspection Division at TUV Austria. This role involves providing critical back-office support to the technical sales team for services related to Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Lifting Equipment Inspection, and Oil & Gas Services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, coordinating job costings, maintaining client databases, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales, operations, and technical teams. This position is best suited for individuals with strong documentation, coordination, and analytical skills who thrive in a fast-paced and technically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and submit professional technical and commercial proposals for inspection services, including NDT, Lifting Equipment, and Oil & Gas testing.
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Technical Departments to gather accurate cost inputs, timelines, and service details for proposal preparation.
  • Maintain an updated and organized client database, including inquiries, quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and communication logs.
  • Track and follow up on client quotations, clarifications, and project decisions to ensure timely feedback and conversion.
  • Assist the sales team in tender documentation, vendor registrations, prequalification forms, and related compliance requirements.
  • Support the creation of monthly sales and inquiry status reports for management review and forecasting.
  • Ensure proper document control for all contracts, POs, NDAs, and correspondence according to company standards.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales, operations, accounts, and quality departments to ensure client satisfaction and internal process alignment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales systems, formats, and reporting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, proposal preparation, or back-office support within the Inspection, Testing, or Oil & Gas industry.
  • Familiarity with technical inspection terms and industrial services (especially NDT, lifting, and oil & gas operations).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
