Sourcing Officer:

Supports the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, and maintaining customer relationships. Ensure smooth communication between departments and help streamline sales processes to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Customer Support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and logistics.
  • Stay updated on safety regulations and standards.
  • Share comprehensive product knowledge and provide training to clients.
  • Collaborate on developing effective sales strategies and achieving targets.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare precise and competitive quotations for safety products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for customized solutions.
  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams for efficient order fulfillment.
  • Maintain organized records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

  • Generate regular reports detailing sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
  • Present findings to the safety department and propose improvement measures.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards in all sales activities.
  • Stay informed about changes in safety legislation and integrate them into sales processes.
  • Align sales strategies with safety department goals and objectives.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development
  • Prepare accurate and customized quotations for safety products and services.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years of sales experience in the Oil and Gas, Marine, or Projects sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
