Job Title: Sales Coordinator

The sales Coordinator supports the sales team by monitoring, analysing their reports and prospect build of. This role ensures smooth communication between internal departments, maintains accurate sales records, and contributes to the achievement of sales performance through efficient administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and travel arrangements for sales representatives.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
  • Track sales metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Salary – 18k to 20k
