- Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations.
- Prepare Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) and Material Submittals for contractor approval.
- Generate and manage quotations, sales orders, and reports accurately and on time.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors for project and product-related requirements.
- Maintain records of project documentation and ensure timely follow-up on pending submissions.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure smooth delivery of materials.
- Manage and update data in SAP or other ERP systems to track sales activities and inventory.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, monthly reports, and performance summaries.
- Support in technical and commercial correspondence with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and client specifications.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator is mandatory.
- Must have experience preparing PQD and Material Submittals for contractors (preferably in the construction or insulation industry).
- Technical background or understanding of building materials and insulation products is an advantage.
- Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in construction, insulation, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong coordination and client-handling skills.
