Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hospitality industry and strong communication and coordination skills. preferably looking male candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks
  • Coordinate sales activities, meetings, and schedules
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records
  • Assist in preparing sales materials and proposals
  • Maintain smooth communication between the sales team, internal departments, and clients
  • Handle follow-ups, inquiries, and client correspondence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
