Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive cum Maintenance Coordinator (Male) to focus on new business development, client acquisition, and sales closing, while also managing maintenance records and coordinating service activities. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, organized, and able to handle both sales and site-related coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new clients to generate business.
• Conduct market visits, meetings, and presentations to promote company services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintenance Coordination Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Track garage and vehicle maintenance expenses.
• Coordinate with workshops for servicing and repairs.
• Schedule maintenance tasks and follow up until completion.
• Prepare weekly/monthly maintenance and expense reports.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male (site-based role)
• Location: Must be willing to work at Sajaa Industrial Area
• Education: Degree in Marketing preferred; other relevant qualifications accepted
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in sales (new business generation preferred)
• License: Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word)
• Ability to multitask (sales + maintenance coordination)
• Language: English, Hindi ,Malayalam
• Availability: Immediate joining / Full time

Salary:

AED 3000 – 4000 (Depending on experience)
