Job Title: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate Developer (Ajman)

A leading Real Estate Developer in Ajman is seeking passionate and dynamic Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives to join their growing team. The company develops premium residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Ajman, Sharjah, and Umm Al Quwain.

Job Description:

• Promote and sell the company’s real estate projects to potential clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and management teams for sales campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales within the UAE (developer or brokerage background preferred).
• Chinese or Russian language proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Presentable, proactive, and target-driven.
• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:
