Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing and Logistics Officer to manage daily order processing, distribution coordination, billing, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order execution, accurate documentation, and effective coordination between sales, accounts, and transport teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Check customer due balances and credit limits before order processing.
Obtain order approvals from authorized management
Prepare and issue delivery orders through the system.
Arrange vehicles and manage dispatch planning.
Cross-check bilty details to ensure accuracy.
Handle billing/ Invoicing
Update product rates in sheets on a daily basis.
Maintain and update daily transport expense records.
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, or related field preferred).
1-2 years of experience
Strong command of MS Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
