The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team with documentation, client communication, proposal preparation, and coordination between operations, finance, and clients. The role is essential for maintaining accuracy and ensuring smooth execution of daily sales activities.

_ Key Responsibilities:_

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and client agreements.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with operations and follow up on client orders.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline updates, and customer databases.
  • Track consumption reports, monthly statements, and follow up on payments.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client communications.
  • Ensure proper documentation for compliance and internal processes.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles (preferably in fuel, logistics, FMCG, or industrial sectors).
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
