We are currently looking for a talented professional Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative duties, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth flow of the sales process. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the sales representatives, internal departments (like finance and operations), and the clients. To ensure enhancing customer satisfaction and providing seamless support to sales and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Drafted tailored sales proposals and promotional materials, boosting client engagement.
  • Manage schedules, organize sales meetings, and prepare all necessary presentation materials or documentation.
  • Order Processing: Handle the intake of sales orders via phone, email, or CRM; verify pricing, discounts, and product availability before processing.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate lead data, contact history, and sales progress.
  • Reporting: Track sales KPIs and generate weekly/monthly reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and inventory levels.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the internal advocate for the customer, answering inquiries, providing product information to clints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with international partners and clients.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience using CRM software.
  • Attention to Detail: A "eagle eye" for catching errors in flight times, dates, or price calculations.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, is typically preferred
