Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Coordinator to sales initiatives in our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analysis skills, and proficiency in Salesforce. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, manage key client relationships, and contribute to strategic sales projects and to become a sales engineer eventually. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and ensuring the successful delivery of sales objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience: 2–4 years in sales coordination, project administration, or a similar office-based support role.

· Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Project Management tools. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) are usually essential.

· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (critical for handling "defensive" internal emails or firm client requests).

· Organization: The ability to juggle multiple project timelines without letting administrative details slip through the cracks.

Education: A bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering /Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Accuracy Rate: Minimal errors in sales documentation and order processing.

· Response Time: Speed of responding to internal and external project queries.

Project On-time Rate: Percentage of sales projects that transition to the execution phase without delays.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Documentation Support

· Quote Preparation: Assist the sales team in generating accurate quotes, proposals, and tender documents.

· Order Processing: Review and process incoming orders, ensuring they align with the agreed terms and company "jurisdiction."

· Contract Management: Maintain organized records of contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documents.

2. Project Coordination

· Inter-departmental Liaison: Act as the "glue" between Sales, Finance, and the Project/Technical teams to ensure everyone has the info they need.

· Timeline Tracking: Monitor project milestones to ensure deadlines are met and proactively flag potential delays.

· Resource Management: Coordinate the delivery of materials or services required for specific projects.

3. Client & Office Management

· Client Liaison: Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, shipping dates, and technical documentation.

· Meeting Coordination: Schedule project kick-off meetings, site visits, and sales presentations.

Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly reports on sales performance and project status for senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR24,420.00 - QAR58,024.51 per year
