The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer communication, preparing reports, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth internal workflows. This role is essential for maintaining efficient sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative duties and documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
- Prepare and send out sales contracts, invoices, and agreements.
- Maintain and update customer databases, CRM systems, and sales records.
Order Processing
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams for order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment if needed.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer queries via email, phone, or in person.
- Provide clients with product information, pricing, and availability.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance metrics, and pipeline updates.
- Assist in creating presentations for internal and client meetings.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with marketing for promotional campaigns and materials.
- Support the sales team in organizing meetings, events, and client visits.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange travel when needed.
3. Qualifications & SkillsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales experience required in a 5-star hotel Industry in UAE
- Experience working with OPERA software is a must.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
