Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, ideally in Lighting & Home Appliances
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of Lighting & Home Appliances industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Records! Organize and track sales data for easy access and reporting.
• Prepare Documents! Coordinate presentations, proposals, and support materials for the sales team.
• Manage Orders! Review proposals, prepare sales orders, and ensure timely processing.
• Monitor Inventory! Track product availability to minimize delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support Sales! Provide tools, resources, and documents to help representatives achieve their goals.
