Customer Support & Sales Representative

Location: 6th of October City
Salary: Up to 21,800 EGP (Gross) per month
Bonus: Uncapped Sales Bonus paid in USD

About the Role

Sirus CX is hiring driven Service Advisors to join a high‑performance customer experience team. You’ll support customers, resolve issues, and maximize sales through product recommendations and upgrades. If you’re ambitious and want unlimited earning potential, this role is a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions (calls, chat, email).
• Identify sales opportunities and promote Musical products and upgrades.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales, retention, and service quality targets.

Requirements

• Strong sales mindset and motivation to earn high bonuses
• English level B2 or higher
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, banking, or sales preferred
• Ability to work rotational shifts
• Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills
• For male candidates: completed or exempt from military service
