Job Title: Sales Coordinator (B2B)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate B2B sales operations and client communications
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics sector
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with potential clients
  • Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
  • Fresh to 2 years of experience (Call center or sales experience will be preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of logistics/freight industry is a plus
