Sales Support Coordinator

Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

We are hiring a Sales Support Coordinator to handle customer follow-up and administrative coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and inquiries
  • Prepare and send quotations
  • Coordinate scheduling with operations/coordinators
  • Follow up for approvals and purchase orders (PO)
  • Send certificates and required documents
  • Maintain customer records and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B / Corporate Environments
  • Good English communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Basic computer and email skills
  • Organized and professional
  • Admin/customer service experience is a plus
  • Freshers can apply
