We are hiring a Sales Support Coordinator to handle customer follow-up and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and inquiries
- Prepare and send quotations
- Coordinate scheduling with operations/coordinators
- Follow up for approvals and purchase orders (PO)
- Send certificates and required documents
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Requirements
- Experience in B2B / Corporate Environments
- Good English communication skills
- Bachelors Degree
- Basic computer and email skills
- Organized and professional
- Admin/customer service experience is a plus
- Freshers can apply
