Sales Coordinator / Appointment Setter (Female)

We are a fast-growing group offering branding, corporate gifts, eco-friendly packaging, and interior solutions to businesses across the UAE.

Job Role:
We are looking for a confident and smart female Sales Coordinator who can speak with corporate clients, introduce our services, and fix appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential corporate clients from provided database
  • Speak with decision-makers (Procurement / Admin / Marketing)
  • Introduce company services briefly and professionally
  • Fix appointments for sales team meetings
  • Send WhatsApp / email follow-ups
  • Maintain daily call and appointment report

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Confident speaking with business professionals
  • Basic understanding of sales / customer handling
  • Experience in telesales or coordination preferred
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Location

  • Preffered Location Al Qusais

Salary:
AED 2500 – 3000 + Performance Incentives

Incentives:

  • Bonus per confirmed appointment
  • Extra bonus for converted deals

Working Hours:
Monday – Saturday
