Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales and business development team of a leading contracting company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, communication, and administrative skills, with prior experience in the contracting or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Maintain and update customer databases, project pipelines, and sales records.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding inquiries, quotations, and project status.
• Prepare sales reports, follow-up schedules, and monitor project progress to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and other sales-related documentation.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the sales, procurement, and operations teams.
• Track and follow up on pending approvals, payments, and documentation with clients and internal departments.
• Support in organizing meetings, presentations, and client visits.
• Handle correspondence, email communication, and document filing in accordance with company policies.
• Provide administrative support to management and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within a contracting/construction company.
• Strong understanding of project documentation, quotations, and tendering processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English essential; Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Qatar experience and transferable visa preferred.
