Sales coordinator cum Office assistant

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator cum Office Assistant to seamlessly support both our sales team and office admin operations. The candidate must be proficient in MS word as well as Excel.

Job responsibilities include:

1. Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assisting the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Generate new leads and handle all the incoming and outgoing enquiries.
  • Engage with potential customers through social media platforms.

2. Order Processing & Follow-Ups

  • Processing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Tracking shipments and resolving any order-related issues.
  • Following up with customers regarding payments, feedback, or additional orders.

3. Customer Interaction & Relationship Management

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
  • Addressing customer concerns and escalating issues to the relevant teams.
  • Assisting in customer onboarding and ensuring a seamless experience.

4. Administrative & Miscellaneous Tasks

  • Invoice submission along with supporting documents.
  • Maintaining organized records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 1 - 3 years experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Immediately available.
  • Spouse visa preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
