We are looking for Sales Coordinator Cum some part of Business Development /analysts. Location Sajjah Ind Area ( for the male candidates with accommodation shall be provided) Second option of Location Sharjah Ind Area 15 . Capital Kitchens Building. show room no 2.

# Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Administration: Manage sales-related administrative tasks, such as quotation, , Invoice, Delivery Note , & Packing List etc.. , data entry, order processing, and document management.

2. Sales Support: Sales Enquiries to be addressed daily and track the same in excel, update quote sent and closed status . Provide support to the Accounts and finance team team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating sales meetings, and maintaining sales records.

3. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely communication to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Order Management: Coordinate order fulfillment, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and sales performance metrics.

6. Reporting and Analytics: Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to support sales strategy and decision-making.

7. Event Planning: Coordinate sales events, conferences, and trade shows, including logistics, marketing materials, and attendee management.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

1A. Business Needs Assessment: Identify business needs and opportunities for improvement through stakeholder interviews, surveys, and data analysis.

2A. Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, meetings, and other techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
