Venue Admin Executive:

We are looking for a highly motivated Venue Admin Executive to be based at one of our sports venues. This role is customer-facing and plays a key part in day-to-day operations, parent communication, and sales support. Strong English communication is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact at the venue for parents, students, and staff
  • Handle enquiries, registrations, and follow-ups professionally
  • Manage and update CRM systems (leads, attendance, payments, customer records)
  • Support sales activities, including converting enquiries into enrollments
  • Coordinate with coaches and head office to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Handle basic administrative duties (reports, schedules, attendance tracking)
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all times

Key Requirements

  • Excellent English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Previous experience in CRM systems (sales or customer management platforms)
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
