Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ITAD Business Development Manager who can actively bring new business, build long-term client relationships, and grow revenue in IT Asset Disposition, secure data destruction, and electronics recycling services. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections and a proven track record in selling ITAD services to corporates, data centers, banks, government entities, and enterprises.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

  • Identify, develop, and close new ITAD business opportunities
  • Generate leads for secure data destruction, hard drive shredding, e-waste recycling, and asset recovery
  • Build relationships with CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads, Compliance Officers, and Sustainability teams
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Client & Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project execution
  • Act as the single point of contact for key accounts

Market & Compliance Awareness

  • Stay updated on ITAD standards and compliance requirements (R2, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, NAID AAA – preferred)
  • Understand UAE environmental regulations and data protection expectations
  • Track competitor activity and market trends

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecasts
  • Provide regular sales reports to management
  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and compliance teams

Required Experience & SkillsMandatory

  • 3–7 years experience in ITAD, e-waste recycling, or data destruction sales
  • Proven ability to bring business independently
  • Strong network within corporate, banking, government, or data center sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license

Preferred

  • Experience selling on-site data shredding services
  • Knowledge of R2 / ISO / NAID standards
  • Experience in sustainability, ESG, or circular economy projects
  • Existing customer portfolio in UAE or GCC
