We are looking for a highly skilled and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in the Digital Marketing industry. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, proven sales performance, and the ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the digital marketing client portfolio.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and ensure continued satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to drive client success.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as a BDM in Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, and Branding services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong client management and closing skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.
