The incumbent will be responsible for driving product availability, brand visibility, and sustainable sales growth across assigned territories, covering:

  • Pharmacies
  • Clinics
  • Hospitals
  • Diagnostic Laboratories
  • Supermarkets (where applicable)
  • Other approved healthcare-related outlets

3. Qualitative Objectives (Behavioral & Strategic Outcomes)

  • Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Enhance brand perception through consistent service quality and professional conduct.
  • Demonstrate strong planning, execution discipline, and territory ownership.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and risks within the assigned market.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance, transparency, and accountability.

The role holder is accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, protecting brand equity, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational discipline within the assigned territory, in line with company strategy and market regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
