United Security Technology is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator with experience in ELV/ICT Systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department by managing documentation, preparing proposals, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring a smooth sales cycle from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical submittals for ELV & ICT solutions.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely project execution.
  • Maintain and update sales records, CRM data, and documentation.
  • Track project progress, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide accurate product/solution information.
  • Prepare presentations, sales reports, and correspondence.
  • Support tender preparation and submission processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ELV / ICT / Low Voltage Systems sales coordination.
  • Strong understanding of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, Structured Cabling, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
