Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Excel & Bookkeeping Expert)

Location: Multan Road Lahore

Salary: Rs. 45,000 – Rs. 50,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who is skilled in Excel, bookkeeping, and data entry to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate sales records, handle client coordination, prepare reports, and assist the finance and accounts team with sales-related entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily sales and bookkeeping records.
  • Prepare and update sales reports using MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts).
  • Manage and organize sales and customer data entry.
  • Coordinate between the sales, accounts, and logistics departments.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and client follow-ups.
  • Ensure accuracy in data management and timely report submission.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, bookkeeping, or data entry.
  • Skills:
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, formulas).
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting software will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
