Sales Coordinator

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and manage vehicle orders using dealership management software (DMS).
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle and customer data in the system.
  • Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate regularly with the head office for updates and reporting.
  • Support the sales manager with general administrative tasks and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in relevant field
  • Proficiency in Software management (e.g. SAPs), and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
