Sales Coordinator ( female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Hair Product Specialist with a strong background in hair care products and treatments, as well as expertise in online order management, e-commerce, customer service, and logistics. This role requires a passion for beauty and hair care along with the ability to efficiently manage order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice on hair care products and treatments.

Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations.

Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and after-sales support.

Manage and process online orders accurately and efficiently.

Coordinate with courier companies for shipping, tracking, and resolving delivery issues.

Maintain inventory levels and update product listings on e-commerce platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and content creation.

Analyze sales data to enhance product performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in hair care, beauty, or cosmetics.

Strong knowledge of hair care products and treatments.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon.

Familiarity with logistics and shipping management.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic marketing and social media content creation skills are a plus.
