Sales Coordinator (Female)

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with daily tasks, invoicing, preparing quotations and proposals.

Order Processing:

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, operations) for order processing, delivery, and invoicing.

Administrative Tasks:

Handle administrative duties related to sales operations, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and assist in sales forecasting.

Coordination with Other Teams:

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth sales processes.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in B. Com or a related field.

Experience: Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or PACT systems.

Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
