Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Water Treatment Division

Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000/month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the Water Treatment Division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a strong understanding of sales and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations
• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on proposals
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
• Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and contracts
• Communicate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service execution
• Follow up with clients on payment and documentation
• Support marketing initiatives and client relationship activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (B. Com, BBA, MBA preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in water treatment or a technical industry
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of water treatment systems or industrial products (training will be provided if required)
• Familiarity with CRM software or ERP systems is a plus
• Fluency in other languages (Arabic, Hindi, etc.) is an added advantage
