Sales Coordinator (Female)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases (CRM/ERP).
  • Coordinate with clients for inquiries, payments, and deliveries.
  • Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations teams for timely execution.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and support proposals/tenders.
  • Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor stock levels and update sales team.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills. Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software.
  • Strong organizational & multitasking ability.
  • Customer service orientation.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, admin, or customer service.

Tagalog speaking preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
