Location: Karachi (Onsite)

Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or related field Knowledge of security systems and IT infrastructure.

Experience: Min 2 years of relevant experience

Job Description:

Should be organized to manage ongoing leads, client complaints, and ensure smooth sales operations

The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues while driving sales growth and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Manage ongoing leads, following up promptly and converting them into successful sales

Handle customer complaints and service issues, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolution

Prepare quotations, contracts, and reports for ongoing projects and clients

Monitor client accounts and ensure timely delivery of products/services

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling solutions
