Position: Sales Coordinator – Holiday Homes
Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our Holiday Homes team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our property portfolio by onboarding new units, maintaining strong client and owner relationships, and driving business growth through proactive communication and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and onboard new properties for holiday home management.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, clients, and partners.
  • Conduct cold calls, meetings, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with owners.
  • Coordinate with the operations and listings team to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate, holiday homes, or property sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
  • Familiar with Dubai real estate and holiday homes regulations (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE and have a valid driving license (preferred).
