Sales Coordinator – HVAC Division

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and process incoming sales inquiries across all product lines.
• Coordinate with sales engineers and customers to support project approvals and order confirmations.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotations, submittals, and compliance statements.
• Assist in pricing and costing analysis to support management in decision-making.
• Maintain updated records of test certificates, ensuring timely renewals.
• Support the creation of product catalogues, codes, and marketing materials for new and existing products.
• Generate technical and commercial offers through ERP software based on customer requirements.
• Provide administrative and technical support to the sales team to ensure smooth operations.

Experience: 3 - 4 minimum years of sales coordination
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
