Sales Coordinator – Real Estate Development

We’re partnering with a leading property developer in Dubai to identify a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join their high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and wants to play a pivotal role in supporting sales operations across luxury residential projects.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities and ensure smooth communication between clients, brokers, and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate and updated sales records, documentation, and reports.

• Support the sales team in managing leads, preparing presentations, and handling client inquiries.

• Liaise with marketing and CRM teams to align promotional activities and client engagement.

• Track sales performance metrics, generate analytical reports, and assist in preparing MIS dashboards.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in real estate sales coordination or property development support .

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven culture.
