Sales Coordinator- SKP

Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate between sales representatives, customers, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer details, and pricing agreements.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analysis for management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for stock availability.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 of experience in sales support.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP software.
