SALES COORDINATOR - SPARE PARTS AND SERVICE

Must have :

Technical knowledge & commercial Admin experience.

practice in Invoicing customer for spare parts and provided services

Respond to client's spare parts/aftersales/warranty inquiries and preparation of spare parts quotation, order processing, and delivery.

Must liaise with technical team and logistics team in order to ensure processing of correct technical parts/services orders and timely delivery of goods and services. Must have attention to detail, inventory experience and material management, forecasting of inventory requirements, adept in coordinating after sales services in different clients.

- Profiency in Excel

- Familiarity with ODOO/Quickbook software is a plus

- Previous Experience in After sales service, handling spare parts order, and inventory is a plus.
