About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our Technical Services Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, coordinating with clients for cleaning and maintenance services, and supporting overall sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard new clients for cleaning, maintenance, and other technical services.
• Conduct tele calling, meetings, and follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
• Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to schedule and manage services.
• Maintain client databases, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely communication and support.
• Assist the management team in achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or coordination, preferably in facility management, maintenance, or cleaning services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
