Position: Sales Coordinator / Administrator
Location: Doha, Qatar.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, and proposals.
- Maintain and update the sales database and CRM system.
- Follow up on client inquiries and support the sales process from lead generation to finalization.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and sales activities.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments such as operations.
- Ensure timely communication of client requirements to the relevant teams.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Prepare and organize tender documents for submission, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
- Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales-related records.
- Generate sales reports, performance analysis, and market research insights.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Undertake other related duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle high-pressure situations.
