Position: Sales Coordinator / Administrator

Location: Doha, Qatar.

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update the sales database and CRM system.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and support the sales process from lead generation to finalization.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and sales activities.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments such as operations.
  • Ensure timely communication of client requirements to the relevant teams.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Prepare and organize tender documents for submission, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
  • Maintain proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and sales-related records.
  • Generate sales reports, performance analysis, and market research insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Undertake other related duties as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle high-pressure situations.
