Sales Coordinator ( Tiles & Ceramics)

Job Overview

Our company is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the General Manager – Sales and regional sales teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between departments, monitor sales activities, prepare reports, and assist in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with regional sales teams for daily updates and performance tracking
  • Assist the GM – Sales in managing schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Monitor sales targets and ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks
  • Draft professional emails and official correspondence
  • Maintain proper documentation and confidential records
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, logistics) for order processing
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly sales performance reports
  • Arrange meetings, travel plans, and related logistics when required

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role
  • Experience in manufacturing or corporate sales environment will be preferred

Salary Range: 60,000-70,000
Location: Lahore

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
