About the Job:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales function by branding and marketing the company’s services, generating new leads, and helping close new business deals. This role requires a strong balance of marketing execution and sales coordination, ensuring effective communication with potential clients, creating promotional materials, and tracking sales performance. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base and strengthening its market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and brand the company’s services across multiple channels (social media, events, campaigns, etc.).
  • Generate new leads through marketing initiatives, networking, and client outreach.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on prospects, prepare proposals, and close deals.
  • Assist in preparing sales and marketing presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client and sales pipeline data.
  • Organize and coordinate sales meetings, client visits, and promotional events.
  • Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management.
  • Support cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth service delivery to new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support repeat business and referrals.
  • Take up other duties as assigned by management to support overall sales growth.

Job Required:

1. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, marketing, or business development.

2. Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to design and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
