Sales Counselor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Counselor to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective customers through the sales process, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Conduct product presentations and site/property/facility tours if applicable.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or counseling role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
