Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Manage leads via calls, CRM, and presentations. Ensure timely follow-ups and zero overdue tasks.
- Calls & Outreach: Make outbound calls using Ozonetel dialer and attend to all inbound inquiries.
- Counseling & Presentations: Book and conduct career counseling sessions, address objections, and close enrollments.
- CRM & Pipeline: Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM, ensure clean data tagging, and manage a pipeline of potential students.
- Revenue Focus: Consistently meet or exceed monthly admission targets through lead conversions and upgrades.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with mentors, retention, and placement teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Reporting & QA: Submit daily activity reports and incorporate feedback from quality audits to improve performance.
Key Outcomes Expected
- Increase inquiry-to-presentation and presentation-to-enrollment conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly admissions and revenue targets.
- Maintain high QA scores for calls and CRM usage.
- Enhance student satisfaction and contribute to a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Core Competencies
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to build trust and influence decisions.
- CRM & Tools Proficiency: Experience with Zoho CRM, Ozonetel, Gupshup, Google Workspace.
- Sales-Driven Approach: Target-focused with a strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
- Accountability: Ownership of leads and consistent follow-through until enrollment.
- Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of courses, career paths, and value propositions offered by the school.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle objections, resolve concerns, and guide students toward the right decision.
