We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales counsellors to be part of our Inside Sales team at our Thane office. In this role, you will guide working professionals and students in selecting the right educational programs through a consultative sales approach. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about sales, counselling, and helping individuals advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly enrollment numbers through complete end-to-end sales.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and outreach.
- Engage with prospective learners and convert them into enrolled students.
- Provide counselling to working professionals on suitable upskilling programs.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system.
- Track progress and performance against sales targets.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development (experience in Ed-Tech is a plus).
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in conducting sales discussions over the phone and in person.
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Self-motivated, quick to learn, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Must be available to work from our Thane office.
