Sales Counter Representative – Aftersales Department

• Greet and assist clients (contractors and companies) in identifying their spare parts needs for heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, cranes, and generators.
• Prepare quotations and explain product details, available alternatives, and warranty terms.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and technical teams to confirm required parts based on inspection reports or repair requests.
• Issue sales invoices and update internal systems (ERP or DMS) to ensure accurate transaction records.
• Monitor stock availability and liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally and resolve post-sale issues.
• Generate periodic reports on sales, orders, high-demand parts, and customer satisfaction.
